Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba is the Founding Partner of the Firm. He was Leader of the 7th Senate and Deputy Senate Leader of the 6th Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and he was a member of the Senate of the 5th to the 7th Assemblies, from 2003 to 2015. Richard David Ebri was a Partnership/Deputy Head of Practice until his sudden death on January 28 1999, Mr. Ebri obtained his LL.B (Hons) Lagos, and was called to Nigerian Bar in 1985. He joined Messrs Kanu G. Agabi & Co. (Legal Practitioners) immediately after the compulsory one year National Youth Service. He was a Member of the American Society of International Law; Leader Nigerian Delegation to the World International Law Conference, Washington DC USA, (1984), Leading Advocate, Philip Jessup International Law Competition Washington DC, USA; and a member International Bar Association (Section on Mineral Resources Law). Mr. Ebri was in active private legal practice and was on the Board of Directors of Companies with interest in construction, finance and wood processing. He was very widely traveled. He had special interest in Mineral (Oil and Gas), Law, Space Law, Public International Law and Civil Litigation. His memory and legacy of excellence remain a source of inspiration.

Akpan Umo Ekam is a Managing/Head of Chambers in the Calabar office of Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co., and heads the Conveyancing Practice of the Firm. Born on 27 September 1940, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Econs) Degree from  Haile Selassie University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 1966. He later obtained his LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Calabar in 1994, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in March, 1995. Sir Ekam served in the Administrative Cadre of the South Eastern/Cross River State of Nigeria Civil Service from 1968 to 1987 and rose to the position of Permanent Secretary before retirement in 1987. He held various administrative positions in many government departments including the Ministry of Education, Works & Transport, Lands and Urban Development and Finance. He was a Deputy Secretary, Cross River State Executive Council from 1981 to 1983 and member of the Public Accounts Committee of Akwa Ibom State from 1990 to 1993. A Knight of John Wesley, Sir Ekam joined the firm in 1996 as Associate Counsel in 1999 and was admitted as Partner in 2003. He taught Administrative Law at the Institute of Public Policy and Administration, University of Calabar. His areas of Special Interest include: Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Legal Drafting and Conveyancing, Company Law & Practice.

Mrs. Arit Ansa Eno is a patrner in Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co.  Born on 27 October 1952, she holds an OND from Yaba College Of Technology Yaba Lagos and HND from The Polytechnic, Calabar. She worked with the Mercantile Bank of Nigeria Plc from 1976 to 1994 where she was the Administrative Assistant to the then Managing Director of the Bank. Mrs. Eno later obtained her LL.B (HONS) Degree from the University of Calabar in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in May, 2000. Mrs Eno was admitted as an Associate of the International Dispute Resolution Institute on the 20th day of June, 2012. She joined the Firm in July 2000 and was admitted as Partner in 2012. She is the Deputy Head of Chambers. Areas of Special Interest: Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Shipping & Aviation Law.

Offisong Etim Unoh is a Partner/Head of Practice [HOP], Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co., Calabar Office. He was born on the 13th day of February, 1972, and obtained his LL.B [Hons] from the University of Calabar, Calabar, Cross River State in 2001. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. Mr. Unoh, completed his compulsory Law Office Attachment /pupilage training with the law Firm of Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co., also in 2003. Shortly thereafter, he went to serve on the one year National Youth Service program in Nasarawa State. His primary place of assignment was the Ministry of Justice where he was involved in several litigation cases whilst serving in the Keffi Area Office of the Ministry of Justice, Nasarawa State, between 2003 and 2004. In 2010, Offisong Unoh obtained a Master's Degree in law [LL.M] from the University of Lagos, with special interest in Maritime Law, Labour Law, Secured Credit Transactions and other related areas of law. He has attended several conferences, seminars, and symposia on Continuing Legal Education, especially in the areas of litigation which is his favourite area of practice. He was admitted as partner in January 2016. Areas of Special Interest: Litigation Generally, Property Law, Maritime Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution [ADR). He also loves carrying out research on both legal and nonlegal issues.

Oladimeji Adebayo is a Partner/The Head of Practice (HOP) of Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co, Abuja Office, FCT. Born on 10 February 1954, he obtained his HND in Accountancy from the Yaba College of Technology in 1980 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983. He was admitted as an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) in March 1984 and elected a Fellow (FCA) in 1994. After his admission as associate member of ICAN, he worked with Gulf Oil Company (now Chevron) between 1981- 1987; Fiogret Group of Companies where he rose to the post of Group Financial Controller/ Secretary to the Board from 1987 to 1990; and he later joined the Dunlop Group in 1991 and rose to the post of Financial Director of Pamol Nigeria Limited – (a subsidiary of Dunlop Nigeria Pic.) before he opted out to full time consulting in 1997. Mr. Adebayo became the Managing Consultant of DIMS Consulting, (a Firm of Financial and Management Consultants), which he founded in 1997. As a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant, he has been involved in Operations and Statutory Financial Audit of Several Companies and State Governments, Corporate Restructuring, Tax Consulting and carried out job Evaluation and Remuneration Review Assignments in various companies. He has been regularly involved in Executive Recruitment and Selection for several Companies and Organizations in the public and private sectors of the Economy. This is in addition to being a facilitator on many course, workshops and seminars. Mr. Adebayo obtained his LL.B Degree from the University of Calabar in 2004 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. He was admitted as a member of the Association of Professional Negotiators & Mediators [APNM) in April 2007 after undergoing the various stages of taking courses and trainings in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He joined the Firm in 2007 and was admitted as a partner in January 2016. He has attended several management - training programmes/ courses locally and abroad, including a 4-month Advanced Management Programme (AMP-6) at the Lagos Business School in 1996, and an Advanced Lawyering Skills Course at the African Development Law Centre of the International Law Institute, Nigeria [Ill). Areas of Special Interest: Corporate Law and Practice, Intellectual Property, Taxation Law, Assets Tracing, Tracking and recovery, Privatization. Mergers & Acquisition, Civil Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Oil & Gas Law.

Austin is a Senior Associate of the Firm. He attended University of Ilorin, Kwara State and Obafemi Awolowo University [formerly University of Ife), the latter from which he graduated with honours in 1989. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990 where he graduated with further honours. Austin's first stint into the legal profession was in 1986 whilst still a law student when he was given an opportunity to have some practical insight into legal practice in the Firm of Chief Bayo Kehinde SAN [now late) as a para-legal temp; Bayo Kehinde & Co. He completed his practical law attachment training with the same Firm before he finished from Law School. He later went to Port- Harcourt, Rivers State, where he worked under Mr. Adokie Amiesimaka, [who later became the AG of Rivers State) at the Ministry of Justice in the Depar tment of Public Prosecutions. He moved into private practice with B. Ejekwu & Co. [Port-Harcourt] and Asuquo & Asuquo [Lagos] before he travelled to the UK for further studies. Austin graduated with honours with an MA in Law from the London Guildhall University. Lo n d o n [ n o w Lo n d o n Metropolitan University] with a bias in international trade, banking and commerce and international arbitration. He worked as a legal researcher and tutor at Finchley Law Tutors. London before becoming an Associate and Consultant with Joshua & Usman. London. UK in 1997. He was enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1 999 and was the Senior/Executive Partner at Austin & Jed Solicitors. London UK. He was formerly Senior Partner of Austin Kola Fitzpatrick Solicitors UK, an International Associate of Asuquo & Asuquo in Lagos. Nigeria and also a Senior Associate of Akinwumi Ajibola & Associate [Property Law and Real Estate Experts). Austin currently works in a consultancy capacity both domestically and internationally as Chief Consulting Officer for Esquires' Legal an international legal consultancy Firm. He is a Senior Associate of Jean Chiazor & Co. Nigeria a Firm of Maritime and Shipping Legal Practitioners and Arbitrators. an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and was elevated to the Office of a Notary Public in 2011. His areas of practice include general litigation, maritime law, immigration/sports law, conveyancing and Real/Personal Estate arbitration. Negotiations. mediation and settlements. media & entertainment law. the law of the internet. international commerce and legal drafting. Austin. an avid reader. writes poetry. loves travelling. Edgerton Odey Onah is a Counsel/Office Services Manager of Ndoma Egba, Ebri & Co., Born on 22 May 1967, he obtained his LL.B ( Hons) Degree from the University of Calabar. Calabar in 1998 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in July. 2001. He joined the Firm in 2002 immediately after completing his National Youth Service. He also holds a Diploma in Mass Communications from The Edgerton Odey Onah is the Office Services Manager of Ndoma Egba, Ebri & Co., Born on 22 May 1967, he obtained his LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Calabar. Calabar in 1998 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in July. 2001. He joined the Firm in 2002 immediately after completing his National Youth Service. He also holds a Diploma in Mass Communications from Non- Governmental Organizations like the Girls Power Initiative and Positive Minds. Dickson Bassey Arikpo is the Deputy Head of Practice (DHOP) of Ndoma-Egba. Ebri & Co. Calabar Office. Born on 10 May 1967. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Calabar, Calabar in 2002 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. He joined the Firm immediately thereafter and has been in active practice since then. Areas of special Interest: Civil Litigation. Corporate Practice. Conveyancing. Intellectual Property. Marine & Aviation Law & Practice.

Ojinka Uche Florence, is a Counsel in the firm. Born on 3 September 1973, she obtained her LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Calabar, Calabar in 2000 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. She joined the Firm in 2012. Areas of Special Interest: Property Law, Corporate Law and Practice and Family Law and Practice.  

Okon Archibong Bassey is a Counsel in the firm. He was born on 12 November 1961 and holds an OND Certificate in Fisheries from the Nigerian Institute of Oceanography and Marine Research (NIOMR) in 1984 and a B. A (Hons) in English and Literary Studies from the University of Calabar. He worked briefly with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and National Resources as a Fisheries Inspector. He later obtained his LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Calabar in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. Mr. Bassey did his pupilage with the Firm and later fully joined the Firm in 2010. Areas of Special interest: Civil Litigation, Communication Law, Fisheries Law and Tourism Law.

Stephen Aya is a Counsel in the firm. Born on 23rd November 1973, he obtained his LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Calabar in 2003 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. Stephen Aya joined the firm in 2010. Areas of Special Interest: Criminal Litigation, Civil Litigation and Property Law.

Otu Eno is a Counsel in the firm. Born on February 18, 1983. He obtained LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Calabar, 2008 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2009. He worked as a counsel with the law firm of Anayo Adibe & Partners, Maiduguri, Borno state while undergoing his NYSC from 2009-2010. Eno, Otu Otu joined the law firm in 2011, as a Counsel. He is presently undergoing a post graduate studies in the University of Calabar for the award of LL.M with interest in C o r p o r a t e L a w a n d Governance. Areas of Special Interest: Civil Litigation, Property Law, Corporate Law & Practice.

Henry Edet a Counsel in the firm. He was born on 23 April 1986. He holds an LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom (2008) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. He has worked with Polyrey UK, Risk Control Services Nigeria, Lagos as well as Gresyndale Legal, Lagos as a Junior Associate, where he developed an interest in Property Law Practice upon his return to the country. Mr Edet joined the firm in 2014. Areas of Special Interest: Property Law and Conveyancing, Corporate Practice and Litigation.

Charles Ojiji holds a BSc (Banking and Finance) Degree from the University of Calabar, which he obtained in 2005. He has had over seven years work experience working as a Legislative Aide and Special Adviser to the Senate Leader, National Assembly, before joining the Firm in 2015. He is the Special Assistant to the Senior Partner in the Abuja Office of the Firm and is also in charge of the Firms' accounts and billings. He has attended professional courses on public financial management and public policy management at Harvard University, USA and United Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) , Switzerland, respectively.

Esther Ndifon (Mrs.) attended the University of Calabar where she obtained a B.Sc Degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry in 2001 and later, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in 2006. She also holds a diploma in Computer Studies/IT, which she obtained in 2002. She has over ten years work experience as a Legislative Aide in the National Assembly and was later promoted first to the position of Senior Legislative Aide in 2013 before she eventually became the Special Assistant on Legislative Matters to the Senate Leader in 2014. She joined the Firm in 2015. She has attended several training/ courses on being a Legislative Aide and on legislative drafting.

Uduak David (Ms) holds a B. Sc Degree in Business Management from the University of Calabar, which she obtained in 2010. She joined the Firm in 2004 and is currently the Partnership Secretary  

Peter Willie holds a HND in Mass Communication from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, Enugu State; a Diploma in Journalism from the Institute of Journalism, Enugu, and a Diploma in Computer Programming from the Nigeria Institute of Information Technology, Calabar. A seasoned journalist with nine years of journalism practice and experience with a national tabloid called City People Magazine, he also had a stint with the Cross River State Newspaper Corporation, The Nigerian Chronicle, Calabar, The Post Express, Apapa Lagos, The Guardian, Isolo Lagos, The Vanguard, Apapa, Lagos and a London based celebrity Magazine, The Entertainer. He was an active member of the Actors Guild of Nigeria where he served as a media committee member. He was also a member of the Entertainment writers of Nigeria and a member of the Nigeria Union of Journalists. He was appointed a consultant to the Cross River State Newspaper Corporation, publishers of The Nigerian Chronicle, where he introduced to its stable The Weekend Chronicle in 2009 before his sojourn into politics where he served in Senator Victor Ndoma- Egba's legislative team as Secretary, National Assembly. He was later elevated to the post of Senior Legislative Aide. He joined the Firm in 2015. He has attended several training programs and courses in Journalism, Amnesty programs, Time Management and many civil society workshops.

Emmanuel Offiong Raymond holds a B.Sc in Political Science from the University of Abuja. He was Personal Assistant on domestic matters to Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba while he was Senate Leader of the Nigeria Senate. He has attended several workshops and seminars on Legislative drafting and Time Management. He joined the firm in 2015 and currently he is the facility manager of the firm.

Bassey Ekong Edim (Mrs) holds a Diploma in Environmental Health from the College of Health Technology, Calabar. She joined the Firm in January 1992 and is currently the Librarian, in the Calabar Office.
