Richard David Ebri was a Partnership/Deputy Head of Practice until his sudden death on January 28 1999, Mr. Ebri obtained his LL.B (Hons) Lagos, and was called to Nigerian Bar in 1985. He joined Messrs Kanu G. Agabi & Co. (Legal Practitioners) immediately after the compulsory one year National Youth Service. He was a Member of the American Society of International Law; Leader Nigerian Delegation to the World International Law Conference, Washington DC USA, (1984), Leading Advocate, Philip Jessup International Law Competition Washington DC, USA; and a member International Bar Association (Section on Mineral Resources Law).
Mr. Ebri was in active private legal practice and was on the Board of Directors of Companies with interest in construction, finance and wood processing. He was very widely traveled. He had special interest in Mineral (Oil and Gas), Law, Space Law, Public International Law and Civil Litigation. His memory and legacy of excellence remain a source of inspiration.

Akpan Umo Ekam is a Managing/Head of Chambers in the Calabar office of Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co., and heads the Conveyancing Practice of the Firm. Born on 27 September 1940, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Econs) Degree from Haile Selassie University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 1966. He later obtained his LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Calabar in 1994, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in March, 1995.
Sir Ekam served in the Administrative Cadre of the South Eastern/Cross River State of Nigeria Civil Service from 1968 to 1987 and rose to the position of Permanent Secretary before retirement in 1987. He held various administrative positions in many government departments including the Ministry of Education, Works & Transport, Lands and Urban Development and Finance. He was a Deputy Secretary, Cross River State Executive Council from 1981 to 1983 and member of the Public Accounts Committee of Akwa Ibom State from 1990 to 1993.
A Knight of John Wesley, Sir Ekam joined the firm in 1996 as Associate Counsel in 1999 and was admitted as Partner in 2003. He taught Administrative Law at the Institute of Public Policy and Administration, University of Calabar.

Mrs. Arit Ansa Eno is a patrner in Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co. Born on 27 October 1952, she holds an OND from Yaba College Of Technology Yaba Lagos and HND from The Polytechnic, Calabar.
She worked with the Mercantile Bank of Nigeria Plc from 1976 to 1994 where she was the Administrative Assistant to the then Managing Director of the Bank. Mrs. Eno later obtained her LL.B (HONS) Degree from the University of Calabar in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in May, 2000. Mrs Eno was admitted as an Associate of the International Dispute Resolution Institute on the 20th day of June, 2012. She joined the Firm in July 2000 and was admitted as Partner in 2012. Offisong Etim Unoh is a Partner/Head of Practice [HOP], Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co., Calabar Office. He was born on the 13th day of February, 1972, and obtained his LL.B [Hons] from the University of Calabar, Calabar, Cross River State in 2001. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. Mr. Unoh, completed his compulsory Law Office Attachment /pupilage training with the law Firm of Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co., also in 2003. Shortly thereafter, he went to serve on the one year National Youth Service program in Nasarawa State. His primary place of assignment was the Ministry of Justice where he was involved in several litigation cases whilst serving in the Keffi Area Office of the Ministry of Justice, Nasarawa State, between 2003 and 2004.
In 2010, Offisong Unoh obtained a Master's Degree in law [LL.M] from the University of Lagos, with special interest in Maritime Law, Labour Law, Secured Credit Transactions and other related areas of law. He has attended several conferences, seminars, and symposia on Continuing Legal Education, especially in the areas of litigation which is his favourite area of practice. He was admitted as partner in January 2016.

Oladimeji Adebayo is a Partner/The Head of Practice (HOP) of Ndoma-Egba, Ebri & Co, Abuja Office, FCT. Born on 10 February 1954, he obtained his HND in Accountancy from the Yaba College of Technology in 1980 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983. He was admitted as an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) in March 1984 and elected a Fellow (FCA) in 1994. After his admission as associate member of ICAN, he worked with Gulf Oil Company (now Chevron) between 1981- 1987; Fiogret Group of Companies where he rose to the post of Group Financial Controller/ Secretary to the Board from 1987 to 1990; and he later joined the Dunlop Group in 1991 and rose to the post of Financial Director of Pamol Nigeria Limited – (a subsidiary of Dunlop Nigeria Pic.) before he opted out to full time consulting in 1997. Mr. Adebayo became the Managing Consultant of DIMS Consulting, (a Firm of Financial and Management Consultants), which he founded in 1997. As a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant, he has been involved in Operations and Statutory Financial Audit of Several Companies and State Governments, Corporate Restructuring, Tax Consulting and carried out job Evaluation and Remuneration Review Assignments in various companies.
He has been regularly involved in Executive Recruitment and Selection for several Companies and Organizations in the public and private sectors of the Economy. This is in addition to being a facilitator on many course, workshops and seminars.
Mr. Adebayo obtained his LL.B Degree from the University of Calabar in 2004 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. Austin is a Senior Associate of the Firm. He attended University of Ilorin, Kwara State and Obafemi Awolowo University [formerly University of Ife), the latter from which he graduated with honours in 1989. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990 where he graduated with further honours. Austin's first stint into the legal profession was in 1986 whilst still a law student when he was given an opportunity to have some practical insight into legal practice in the Firm of Chief Bayo Kehinde SAN [now late) as a para-legal temp; Bayo Kehinde & Co. Charles Ojiji holds a BSc (Banking and Finance) Degree from the University of Calabar, which he obtained in 2005. He has had over seven years work experience working as a Legislative Aide and Special Adviser to the Senate Leader, National Assembly, before joining the Firm in 2015. He is the Special Assistant to the Senior Partner in the Abuja Office of the Firm and is also in charge of the Firms' accounts and billings.
He has attended professional courses on public financial management and public policy management at Harvard University, USA and United Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) , Switzerland, respectively.

Esther Ndifon (Mrs.) attended the University of Calabar where she obtained a B.Sc Degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry in 2001 and later, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in 2006. She also holds a diploma in Computer Studies/IT, which she obtained in 2002.
